FORGE Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Effective date: August 15, 2026

This Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refund Policy applies to paid U.S. FORGE subscriptions operated by Mediator Solutions LLC. It supplements and is incorporated into the FORGE Terms of Service.

If a signed enterprise agreement or order form contains different billing terms, that signed agreement controls for the covered purchase.

1. Subscription structure

FORGE is generally sold as a recurring subscription. The checkout surface identifies the price, billing period, included capacity, and any optional add-on being purchased.

The current U.S. public commercial structure is:

  • Base FORGE: $10/month when offered at that price, including one active business and three users.
  • +2 users: $5/month when enabled and purchased, increasing authorized user capacity by two.
  • +1 concurrent business: $10/month when enabled and purchased, allowing a second business to remain active at the same time.
  • Simple website: may be described in product copy at $5/month, but it is not billable merely because it appears in documentation. It becomes a purchasable obligation only when the website-provisioning feature and corresponding checkout are actually enabled for the account.

The price actually displayed and affirmatively accepted at checkout controls over a stale screenshot, marketing draft, source file, or prior description.

2. Automatic renewal

Unless the checkout or order form clearly says otherwise, a paid subscription automatically renews for additional billing periods until cancelled.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your billing account for each renewal and for any add-on you separately authorize.

3. Billing date

Your billing date is generally determined by the payment provider when the subscription begins or when an applicable subscription schedule changes.

Calendar differences, payment-provider processing, retries, time zones, and subscription modifications may cause a charge to appear shortly before or after the same numerical day in a later month.

4. Add-ons and capacity

Add-ons are separate recurring entitlements unless the checkout expressly says they are one-time purchases.

Purchasing an add-on may increase user capacity, business capacity, or another specific entitlement. An add-on does not automatically change unrelated limits.

The base subscription must remain active for a dependent add-on to remain useful. If the base subscription ends, dependent add-ons may also be cancelled or become unusable.

5. Switching the included business

The base U.S. plan includes one active business slot. Replacing or switching the business that occupies that included slot is not the same as purchasing a second concurrent business.

A customer should not be charged the second-business add-on merely for replacing the one business occupying the included base slot.

The second-business add-on applies when the customer wants two businesses active concurrently, subject to the Service's actual capacity rules.

6. User seats

The base U.S. plan includes three users. If the +2 user add-on is active, the account may support up to five users under the current commercial model.

An invitation may reserve or consume capacity according to the Service's implementation. Removing or revoking access may free capacity after the corresponding record is updated.

7. Taxes

Displayed prices may exclude legally required taxes unless checkout expressly says taxes are included.

Where required, the payment provider or Mediator Solutions may calculate and collect sales, use, transaction, or similar taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and exemption information.

8. Currency

U.S. public prices are generally stated in U.S. dollars. If a payment provider displays another currency or conversion, the provider's disclosed exchange rate, conversion fee, or settlement rules may apply.

9. Payment provider

FORGE uses Stripe for subscription checkout and billing management. Stripe may process your payment credentials, fraud-prevention signals, and legally required payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Mediator Solutions generally receives subscription, customer, transaction-status, and limited payment metadata necessary to operate entitlements and records. FORGE does not ordinarily store full card numbers or card security codes in its application database.

10. Payment authorization

By submitting payment information to the payment provider and completing checkout, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize the applicable charges described at checkout.

You must not use a stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment method.

11. Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails, is declined, expires, is reversed, or cannot be collected, the payment provider may retry the charge according to its configured billing rules.

During a payment problem, FORGE may place the billing account into a past-due, incomplete, unpaid, inactive, or similar state. We may limit paid features, prevent new capacity from being created, or suspend access after any notice or cure period required by law.

We may restore access after the billing provider confirms a valid active entitlement.

12. Cancellation by the customer

You may cancel a self-service subscription through the billing portal or other cancellation path we make available.

Cancellation ordinarily prevents the next renewal. Unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise, you may continue using the already-paid Service until the end of the current billing period.

You should cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want another recurring charge.

13. Cancellation is not deletion

Cancelling billing and deleting Customer Data are separate actions.

After cancellation, data may remain available for a limited transition period or may be retained according to the Privacy Policy, Terms, backup cycles, legal obligations, and any account-specific data-export or deletion process.

Do not assume that cancelling a subscription instantly and permanently erases all business records.

14. Refunds

Except where required by law, expressly stated in a promotion, or agreed by us in writing, properly charged subscription fees are non-refundable.

This means, for example:

  • forgetting to cancel before a renewal does not automatically create a refund right;
  • choosing not to use the Service during an already-paid period does not automatically create a refund right;
  • unused user seats or business capacity do not automatically create a prorated refund;
  • cancellation generally stops future renewal rather than reversing the current period.

We may issue a refund or credit in our discretion where appropriate, including billing error, duplicate charge, material service failure, or another equitable reason. A discretionary refund in one case does not create a continuing obligation to issue refunds in other cases.

Nothing in this Policy limits a non-waivable statutory refund right.

15. Proration

Unless the checkout or billing provider expressly presents proration, we do not promise that mid-cycle upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, or add-on changes will be prorated.

If Stripe or another provider calculates a prorated charge or credit and that calculation is displayed or applied to your subscription, the provider's transaction record controls subject to correction of error and applicable law.

16. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support promptly so we can investigate.

Knowingly initiating a fraudulent chargeback for a valid charge, or using a payment dispute to retain a benefit without paying for it, violates the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

We may provide transaction records, checkout records, account records, or service-access information to the payment provider or financial institution for the purpose of responding to a payment dispute.

This does not prevent you from exercising a legitimate statutory or card-network dispute right.

17. Price changes

We may change future subscription or add-on prices.

For an existing recurring subscription, a changed recurring price will take effect only prospectively and after any notice required by law or payment-provider rules.

If you do not want to renew at a changed price, you may cancel before the new price becomes effective.

18. Promotions and discounts

A promotion may be subject to additional eligibility, duration, redemption, or account requirements disclosed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • a discount applies only to the charge or renewal described by the promotion;
  • discounts do not convert to cash;
  • discounts cannot be withdrawn as account balance;
  • discounts may not stack;
  • expired promotional value has no cash value;
  • abuse or fraud may invalidate the promotion.

19. Referral discounts

The currently defined program is intended to provide a $5 one-time base-service discount to each qualifying side after the referred customer begins a paid base subscription and remains actively paid for seven consecutive days.

Referral benefits are not cash, wallet funds, stored value, or general account credit. They apply only as described in the Referral Terms.

20. Billing records

We may maintain records of:

  • payment-provider customer identifiers;
  • subscription identifiers;
  • plan and add-on state;
  • renewal period;
  • webhook and payment events;
  • status such as active, past due, or inactive;
  • entitlements resulting from paid subscriptions.

These records may be retained as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and audit even after the account is cancelled.

21. Billing support

For a billing question, use the in-product Billing or Support route if available, or email reach@prime88.studio with enough information to identify the account and transaction.

Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or banking credentials by email.

22. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as pricing, payment mechanics, providers, or law change. Changes to future billing obligations will be handled in accordance with the Terms and applicable law.
